Orhan 5 Day 50 TE 6060

We make it outside and attempt to steal an aircar. Sadly, there's an engine and stuff like that but six spherical depressions. Sadly, some golems come over, Alynna freaks out, and melee with golems begins....

We fight!

Oathar starts quietly unpacking his pack looking for his essecrystia, while the rest of the party delays the golems. Sadly, Aziz tries to "protect" Jahena, and ends up getting in the way a lot. It's sort of a slow combat as we can't hurt them much, but they don't attack all that much since we're not doing them too much damage. They do rough some of us up a bit though. Aziz proves too much trouble, so Haeraan merges him into the floor.

More fighting of the golems occurs. Oathar installs his essicrystia in one of the air cars. Things definitely get worse as the golems break out their bigger attacks and start to paste us a lot.

Oathar gets a car started, but with only one crystal, it's pretty pathetic! He yells for people to hop in. 2/3 of us get into the working car, but then it starts sinking to the ground. Sigh! Alynna gets brutalized some more. (Kyrik is already brutalized.)

There's much healing and pummling of golems, as everyone staggers towards the car. We get up to three essecrystia in the car, but the helicopters approach.

We finally get a bunch of people in the car, and make it invisible while leaving behind an illusion of us. Kyrik and Haeraan are left behin, but use their fly spells, while invisible.

But there's undead to deal with. So we have to ditch the car, but the crystals won't come out. Imre breaks the panel out and we escape. We now have a panel with 3 crystals embedded in it. Making them smaller or larger doesn't seem to help. We break the panel into thirds. But now they are leaking. Sigh. We tape them back together into a triangle, so they're not portable anymore. Three of them are no longer useful (well, they work, they just can't be carried). Oops.

Orhan 5 Day 53 TE 6060

We make it back to the place and present the tribes with the kids. They are grateful. We get 1.3 fate points. Celebration! Marriage offers are declined. They send a guide with us to the mushroom shaped rock. We head to it. There's lot's of deadly peril.
