Orhan 1 Day 8 TE 6066

Round 17: Four Dozen Type IV's materialize. They try to dispel Haeraan's Repel but fail. no more inspirations for us though.

Round 18: We fight. Imre blows away most of the Type IVs with BlackChannels. "Eissa Says Die!"

Round 19: Four Dozen Type V's materialize. Oh dear. We fight. Several break into the zone. Oathar unleases with the holy water canon, but the demons blow up the reload cistern. Imre unleashes another "Eissa Says Die!" It kills most of them, but not the three in the zone.

Round 20: There are still three demons in the zone. We get it down to 1, but there' sstill one moments before doom time. Imre drops his nuke. All 120 demons left on the board are killed.

Round 21: Four Dozen Type VI's materialize. Haeraan repels a bunch, Imre kills all but 1, who gets into the zone. Then everyone pounds on him. He goes down by 4 HP.

Round 22: We buff.

Round 23: Four Dozen DEMON FROM BEYOND THE PALES materialize! Imre immediately destroy them with his last nuke.

Round 24: We buff.

Round 25: "Ha, ha, ha, ha, haaaa." The sky turns red, and the wind whips across the plain and then stops, dead. Ick. "My way has been prepared. The death of hundreds of demons has opened the way." A gate opens, and a horror from beyond is seen through it. A couple of metallic sounds are heard and a 10 foot tall figure clad in black armor steps through. In his hands he holds a battleaxe. "Behold! Your doom has come!" Fifteen contingencies go up on him, he wreathed in all kinds of junk. AT20 DB200 HP999 Superlarge, damage resist, etc.

Brand new combat!!!

Round 1: We plink him for about 70 of his 999 hit points.

Round 2: Alynna cracks and gives Blinky 2 fate points. Suddenly all his tentacles are wavine flags with our symbol on it. Blinky looks at the Black Reaver, and staggers him, and all his spells drop. His DB drops to 100. His damage reduction goes away and all that other stuff. We do him some more damage. Then he brutalizes Alynna. She spends fate to not die.

Round 3: The bad guy gets wise and attacks when people are not parrying. The fighters all get brutalized.

Round 4: We fight some more. Imre pours some healing into the party, but those hit points are removed pretty quickly.

Round 5: Oathar switches his bladeturns to cover the casters, but the demon doesn't switch his attacks. Oathar chooses poorly. Kyrik and Haeraan both get their hearts destroyed and take a bunch of other problems while spending fate points to live.

Round 6: We take him out! Imre spends the next many rounds healing. Then Imre soul jars the reaver with his laen marble.

Total Fate Points Spent: 7.33 (Plus all our C6 and a jello shot.)

Hooray! Simon is now free to grow up and be his own person.

Oathar checks out Alynna's account with the records octopus for fallout from the deal with Blinky. It seems to be a charitable donation to an unknown horror from beyond, but doesn't actually give her any corruption. Huh.
