We decide to rush down to Mog as quickly as we can and grab the thing ASAP.

Some quick healing spells later, we're off!

We get close enough to hear the faint echos of chanting as we detect the Heart of Aggoth from furrther down the corridor.

We pause to buff, and charge in!

There is Mog with the heart of Aggoth. Unfornately, he's surrounded by four priests, a Thresh (aggoathu) and four destroyers of Noh-ket, not to mention 40 merlogi and 20 lugraki. Well, maybe the lugraki are fighting the merlogi, but what can you do.

We wade in and lay about us with might.

Oh my god it's bad! The aggathu attack us and the merlogi attack us and mages attack us and the thresh attacks us and the destroyers attack us, and we grab the heart and drop it SIX times, and our mysterious friend from yesterday shows up and grabs and drops the heart, but in the end, Alynna grabs the heart, and we teleport back to Santa Vallandra, and then to Selkai. Oh my god. 30 merlogi, 12 lugraki, 1 destroyer, 1 thresh all dead.

Fate Points Spent: 17 2/3 spent (5 were negative and we got them back....)

He gives each of us a sealed scroll. "Do not open this! I have no need for little trinkets like this, but you may find them useful.
