I work at MIT in the Information Services and Technology Department, IS&T, on the Training Team. We provide computer-related training services to the MIT Community. The Training Team is responsible for helping members of the MIT Community develop the skills and knowledge to perform their computer-related MIT work.

Currently, I support Institute projects by developing documentation, demonstration classes and elearning. I've worked on the Online Registration, Online Grading, and IAP projects. I also teach Web Publishing classes. In the past I have taught Microsoft, Filemaker, Adobe and SAP classes. I have been at MIT since 1989 and I have worked in both IS&T and the Human Resources department where for five years I was an Organization Development consultant on the OED Team.

Before coming to MIT I worked at Lesley University in Cambridge, MA where I was Director of the Educational Computer Lab and Graduate School instructor. Prior to Lesley I worked for eight years as an elementary school reading teacher.

I hold a Masters Degree in Reading Education from Albany University and another from Lesley College in Computers and Education. I'm currently enrolled in the Instructional Systems Technology Distance Certificate program at Indiana University.
