DEAS Computer Support

There is a new system for calling in a problem to the DEAS computer support group. The system is a "trouble ticket" system initiated either by electronic mail or telephone.

  1. Send e-mail to help@deas.harvard.edu. Your problem will be entered into the system and you will receive an automated response.
  2. When your problem report is in the system you can view it and all others as well as status reports at: http://wwwpt.das.harvard.edu/cgi-bin/webrt.cgi
  3. When your problem has been resolved it will be so marked on the web page and a message will be sent to you.
