If there is a problem playing the live feed and you have a G2 player, you need to upgrade the player. Open the player, under the Options menu go to Preferences and select the Upgrade card and then press the button to Upgrade NOW! RealPlayers 5.0 should play fine but sometimes have trouble finding the feed; if so, go to your RealPlayer and open location "pnm://mitv.mit.edu/encoder/live.rm".

1. You will need a RealVideo G2 or 5.0 player for your computer to view our channel, download the free version from RealNetworks now:

Test this G2 video sample or this 5.0 video sample. If it doesn't work, you may be behind a firewall or the bit rate is too high for your CPU type. Sorry, but in both cases there is nothing we can do. For firewalls, if you let port 7070 through, it may work.

2. Try The Button to put something on NOW!
