Configuring Interactive Intelligence's Interaction SIP Proxy

Interaction SIP Proxy is a product available for purchase from Interactive Intelligence. It is a Windows-based application that can run on Windows Server 2000 or 2003. There are two versions of Interaction SIP Proxy, basic and advanced. Indiana University's implementation currently uses the basic version.

Installation is much like other Windows-based applications. After installation, you must configure your server plan(s) and routing patterns.
