CC To-Do Items

This folder holds all the CC and BCC messages you receive for to-do items. When you receive a CC or BCC to-do request, it appears listed in your To-Do Requests folder. Once opened the CC or BCC to-do item, is moved from the New To-Do Items folder to the CC To-Do Items folder until deleted.

To view a CC to-do item:

1. Select the item and click Open, or double-click the item.
2. Click Reply to acknowledge receipt of the CC to-do item.
