John Mifflin – Vote Centers and Missing Votes
I am just completing a statewide precinct vote chart of Indiana from Nov 2012. The is something that is really troubling me. There seems to be an unusually low turnout in many urban Democratic party leaning precincts. I am wondering if votes from vote centers are not being included. Some of the cities with this are: Jeffersonville, Vincennes, Anderson, Muncie, Connersville, Michigan City and Terre Haute. I’m not an expert, but I know something fishy when I see it.
