I hope this finds you well! My name is Tina, and I'm an organizer with Yale Swing Blues Fusion (YSBF), a non-competitive dance community in New Haven. Every year, we put on a dance exchange, called Elm City Exchange (ECX), in which we have a fantastic lineup of live bands, workshops, and DJed social dancing for swing/blues/fusion dancers. (Our FB event is here.) The event is Nov 2-4th and a short bus ride away from Boston! 

Some of the bands this year include Grit Rhythm, Amy Kucharik and Friends with Benefits, and examples of our workshops include tango fusion with Robin Thomas and east-meets-west-coast swing with Renee Wasko. There will also be amazing food (bacon mashed potato pizza anyone?!) and company (though I'm a bit biased here :p). For out of town dancers, housing is available upon request - please fill out the form during the registration person. We have a strong consent culture, are ambi-dance and LGBTQ friendly, and seek to be inclusive to people at any dance level (total beginners welcome! We will have lessons).
