Expressing desire and asking for permission

1. You can use 'V-tai desu' form to express your desire.
However, as usual, Japanese people tend to be very polite in expressing their desires.
The polite (or indirect) way of expressing your desire is:
V-tai-n desu ga......

2. The so-called hesitation noise, "anoo...," is often put at the beginning of a sentence with V-tai form so that the speaker can express his/her desire more indirectly/politely.
For instance, if you want to say politely or humbly,
"I would like to use this computer."
Anoo.., kono konpyuutaa-o tsukai-tai-n desu ga...
Let's express the following desires, using V-tai-n desu ga... pattern.
