Sampling Around the Clock:
23 of us traveled back to the big island of Hawaii to begin TREX VI. Once again, we visited the Kaloko-Honokohau National Historical Park where our research relationship with the natural resources department of the park continues to grow. The TREX VI crew included 13 MIT students, two USM students, two Tufts students and our Teaching Assistant Janet Chuang. This year our major research thrust was the anchialine pond studies we had begun the year before.
