THE FLOATING GARDEN

SITE

From here, the next step was to choose a site, that will be THE SITE. I need a lot near the school but at the same time in the core of the neighborhood.

I found it on 49th. Street and Brown, a GREAT vacant lot, which can fill the requirements of my project. The site was on direct comunication with Aspen Garden, and Sulzberg School. Also it's over the old stream of the river, and the new sewer.

Site

First it existed a relation between the School and Aspen Garden. Now it'll be a relation between the School and The Floating Garden. What I'm proposing it's a relation in both sides from the School, to Aspen Garden and The Floating Garden.Site

CasaCasa I'm planning that this Nursery, will be the prototype of many others, that will be build in similar conditions to this one. So I'm proposing a future pathern, for the location of the new sites. It'll be like a web on the neighborhood trying to extend the branches outside Mill Creek area.
