perceptual boundaries

conscious reflection

This particular route was taken by two individuals. One concerned with the way humans perceive space and boundaries, the other focusing on conscious reflection. Although two different aspects are explored, the path remains common. Beginning on the corner of 48th and Walnut we travel north along 48th to reach Haverford which has been designated as the starting point of our walk. We continue on 48th unitl reaching Fairmount where we turn left in order to follow the main line of the underground sewer. Reaching a major intersection we turn right onto 50th and proceed north into what appears to be a smaller more personable neighborhood. Reaching Parrish we turn left to reach the endpoint of our walk, the empty lot at 51st and Parrish.
