Finding different ways to interpret experience is a vital link to unique design. As our senses help us navigate and understand our world our experiences remain permanent stains within the continuum of time.

Above:This image is a segment of a larger map drawn after returning from the intial site visit. Reflecting on initial sketchbook drawings and recollections of the visit, I realized there was a correlation between my level of comfort and the extent of my spatial perception. As levels of discomfort grew so did acute awareness of immediate surroundings. This increased awareness of intimate personal space, in turn, diminished awareness of my contextual surroundings.
