ANALYSIS
There are five distinctly characterized vacant lots in the Mill Creek area. They have elements like lawn, wild vegetation, gardens and asphalt that are pervasive through out. These lots can be looked upon as potential opportunities for revitalizing the neighbourhood.

They have been catagorized in broad groups determined by size, context with neighbourhood and local feeling towards them.These clusters of opportunities are located to the east, west and the north side of Mill Creek as shown above.
