The Mill creek neighborhood seemed to be divided by an invisible line on the 48th street. The west area has definitive blocking and has fewer vacant lots.Thus making the area comprehensive. The east area consisted of what seemed to be fragmented planning and was dominated by unused vacant lots.This area has excellent potential for development.
