These fountains are easy to maintain...and pose no danger in participation due to the absense of deep pools of water !
Thus, the Seasonal flow of water in the Mill-Creek neighborhood, is celebrated through participation in the fountains...(the visible) while the act of percolation, and reduced loads on underground systems, (the invisible) is simultaneously performed !!
