I chose 3 sites for a mini golf course. These sites are one of the high scores. The reason which I chose is why these sites are close by old stream and sewer systems. I think that commercial zones need putting together by economic logics. And all these sites are bigger than a required area ( 196,000 sq.ft) as mini golf course.
