1. PEOPLE GET ACCUSTOMED TO WATER BEFORE BIRTH.
Before birth we stayed in mother's womb for 10 months. Instinctly we can live in the water, right? I don't know, but think about it. I saw a commercial advertisement on TV in Korea. At that view 5 or 6 months old children were swimming in the water. They didn't forget swimming in the water. I was very impressive that they swimmed open eyes. They didn't need any goggles. Originally peop le like water.
2. WHY DO WE NEED WATER?
When I went to Washington D.C. I was very tired and thirsty. I walked along the street for about 4 hours. I drank water, but I needed something more. I saw a fountain near the street. I took off my shoes and I put my feet in the water. There was trash in the water, but I didn't care. I felt comfortable and cool.
3. WHAT IS URBAN WATER?
We can often see urban water such as fountains, ponds, hydrants and sprinklers. Fountains and ponds make us happy by their shapes, colors, sounds and flow. When water from hydrants come out we think something wrong. But we feel cool and happy especially in the summer. When sprinklers in the grass work we feel happy in accordance with the rhythm.
4. WATER OF MILL CREEK
Until the late 1800s the people in west Philadelphia could listen to running sound and see running water. After the city sewers they couldn't do both. They could only miss them. In these days they live without Mill Creek. They must have forgotten Mill Creek.
5. RETURN TO MILL CREEK
We can't return to the past time. But we can restore something. For examples, we can make the historical places or we can make the new place by using old things. Our missions are to revitalize Mill Creek. We want to see Mill Creek anywhere. We want to let the people feel Mill Creek.

9. LET'S MAKE NEW MILL CREEK.
I am wondering if my ideas will realize because they will need new technics. But I hope to make Mill Creek new and fantastic.
