My four associates and I are planning to make use of urban waters in the Mill Creek neighborhood. We are setting our minds to doing this because of how the past is afflicting the present. The problem is that the Mill Creek sewer is ruining streets. I have been assigned to an area in the Mill Creek neighborhood. My area will be made up of different unique things. Everything in the plan makes good use of urban waters. It would have flowers for decoration. They would be watered by sprinklers every morning and evening. People would cool off in the bigger sprinkler system. There will also be fish in a pond. I plan to put a gate around it.
There was a cave-in that occured in the street right above the Mill Creek sewer pipe. In this case, the the cause of the cave-in was the pipe not being strong enough to hold the weight of the street. The pipes had been under the streets for years. It is also built under the Sulzberger Middle School. In the past, houses have been torn down because of the unexpected side effects of having an old weak sewer pipe under the streets of West Philadelphia. Now there are vacant lots.
