Mill Creek Project

4130 Parrish St.

Hello. My name is Carl Jones of section #281 of Sulzberger Middle School. I am designing a proposal for revealing and restoring urban water in the Mill Creek neighborhood. There is a serious problem with flooding that needs to be solved before it is too late. Otherwise, our school may be destroyed.

After severe rain storms, the flooding causes raw sewage to clog the north and south lunch rooms of Sulzberger Middle school. My group and I are also trying to create a whole new 47th and Aspen Street intersection. For years and years, the Mill Creek pipe line has caused problems for many families. I wish to make thing anew. Basically, I am going to get the ground repaved, add addresses to the pavement and paint over the side of the wall that has been defaced. Our goal is to build an attractive water garden and play area that will be open for kids and adults in the community

We need our neighbor's help. They can help by not defacing what we are going to accomplish. Tasks like this do not happen over night. It takes time and the more time it takes, the better it will turn out. In about fifteen years, I would like to see our community living up to it's standards and staying healthy for our generation and the following.
