collapse in 1945. And for people with low
income. He designed.Mill Creek 1 which
has hirises and Mill Creek 2 which
has low income.

Ever since the 1900's sewers have helped
and hurt the earth. In 1961 the sewer that
West Philly built for Mill Creek broke.
Streets, houses, and cars that were over the
pipe fell, because of the workers not supporting
it well. It caused a 50-foot hole in the street
