The seller stated that the machine was "VERY WELL PACKED", offering as evidence that he seperately wrapped the loose pieces. Unfortunately, several of those supposedly carefully wrapped loose pieces also got smashed and bent. The weird thing is that I think the seller really did put effort into the packing... and he still did a lousy job of it. Effort is not the same as results.
