So, what I've heard so far about this run...
As relayed by the GM
As relayed by Norton's player
As Carlton walked the Spiral carrying Norton, the thing Norton's mind grew more and more comfortable. Norton was trying to push the uncomfortable thing away from him, split into two bodies, and Carlton split into two people connected by an umbilical cord carrying both. The boiling stopped. When he reached the center, he tried to go dead, went unconscious, and woke up in the other body with no knowledge of what went before. He asked the other who he was, and he said, "I am your destiny." They were throwing magic at each other. Norton was drawing power from the Spiral. The mages around them were attacking the other and trying to deny him power from the Spiral.
Carlton got stuck to the ground when they reached the center of the Spiral, apparently being attacked by the enemy. Damia tried to trump Carlton, and got stuck to the ground, too.
As relayed by Cathryne's player
Cathryne got back to the Courts of the Hillbilly continuum. She received a note that said something like "I heard you were trying to see me. I would be happy to meet with you. -Rainbow" which was delivered by a big demon. She went to the Golden Banana and met with Rainbow in his office, which was not the usual custom. She convinced Rainbow that he should expand his operation, and she didn't mean more franchises, which was what Rainbow thought she meant. She soon had him agreeing that the Golden Banana should seek dancers and train them. Rainbow would remain the head, but Cathryne was the second. Thus began the Dancer's Guild. From there, it quickly became obvious that other guilds were needed, since the concept of Houses were not getting through to people. Cathryne founded the Mages' Guild and took it upon herself to teach simple mage skills such as wards, eaves-dropping spells, etc.
One student was obviously skilled, and Cathryne decided to give him extra tutoring. He was a gifted shapeshifter, and Cathryne tried to convince him to found the Shapeshifter's Guild. I don't remember if she was completely successful, and if so, who was Guild Head and who was Guild Second. In talking to this individual, she tried to explain Logrus to him, and how it allowed, among other things, to move between shadows. "Oh, like this?" he said, and took her to another shadow. He explained that it was done chemically, and that Snarsht was working on it. They jumped to Valhalla at some point, and met Fi, the goddess of knowledge. Cathryne tried to get Fi to tell her how to get back to her Courts, but there was no quick answer. Fi also confirmed all of Cathryne's conspiracy theories. Fi finally told Cathryne that there was an individual that existed in both continuums, and Cathryne and her companion set off to find him.
As relayed by Auricle's player
Auricle woke up in Jackie's place, involved in some silly war she didn't know anything about. She trumped Zach, who was with Barimen boy, or Lord Fred, as we called him throughout the night, and was brought through to Zach's flying carpet to help fight the locusts.
Zach was set to introduce Auricle when Fred goes, "Lord Khirin! Long time no see!" Auricle, for ereasons unknown even to her, decided to pretend she was this Lord Khirin person. According to Fred, found out at various times throughout the night, she has a wife, kids, a prediliction for torture, never specialized in any weapon, helped defeat a giant with him, and generally seems pretty cool. Auricle has no idea if she is this Lord Khirin but he seems like a good guy to her.
We followed the trail of bugs, dissected one along the way, discovered they were uber-locusts, breeeding in the air en route to Amber. We got to a pyramid from which they originated and were attacked by sorcery, so we fled to a nearby shadow to regroup.
In that shadow we accidently picked up some monkeys we had fun throwing at the defense systems and shaking off the bottom of our flying carpet.
Up on top of the Pyramid was a giant wizard, who Auricle and Fred killed (or did Zach kill him?, oh well, Auricle took the credit for the kill). We then found three more inside little rooms at the top. We knocked one unconscious, killed the other via vivesection, and couldn't even wake up the third one.
We tried interrogating the first one but he was useless, the second was dead, so Zach went into the third one's dreams and found out what we needed to know to get rid of the locusts. Then we put on the special equipment they had for handling the food sources for the locusts, took them out, and left to dispose of the sources. Without that the locusts would stop breeding.
We ended up having to put the food into space because any bugs that ate it became uber-bugs.
Fred went back to Chaos, after Auricle extracted a promise that he not say she was still alive. He agreed to not reveal her as long as she warned him before whatever she was planning went down. Auricle agreed.
Zach and Auricle went back to Amber, told Caine the locusts would be ending, and pretty much called it a night there, as I recall.
