MIT philosophy: directions: from logan airport

By taxi: taxi fare from logan airport is about $30 (with tip). During non-rush hour, the taxi ride will take about 15 minutes. During rush hour, the ride could take 30 minutes.

By 'T' (subway): from outside any airport terminal, take the silver line (a strange pseudo-subway semi-electric bus) to south station and change to the red line "inbound" (towards alewife) to kendall/MIT. It's free. The journey will take about 35 minutes. The kendall/MIT stop is a 5 minute walk from the department.
