After Mission 2006...

Mission 2006 has made me feel many things. More than often, I felt frustrated, anxious, impatient, angry and annoyed. However, when Mission 2006 was completed, I felt the greatest satisfaction and pleasure. Mission 2006 was truly an unique experience. Unlike other courses, it was based on the communication between students and their professors/mentors/UTFs. It helped me understand what is required to work as a group. It has also helped to realize that immense amount of coordination is necessary to complete a project with a group of people.

I must admit that, during the course of this semester, I have often regarded Mission 2006 as one of my least important courses. Time to time, I thought that our team would never make it and believed that this Mission might result in nothing. However, looking back, it has taught me many important things that my other courses could not have taught me. It gave me first hand experience on how a group of people function to accomplish one goal - the organization of people into groups; dividing the work among member and putting all the work together to accomplish our objectives in this project.

To conclude, I believe that Mission 2006, even though it had its ups and downs, was and will be one of the most rewarding courses here at MIT.
