Just two quick updates: I've added a document outlining the needs of each group from every other group (that I've received information from) and fixed the "Terrascope references." I don't know how long I'll be able to continue this project, but it's a start. Here's the info.

Adios!

The following element have been added/reinforced in this update:

In response to criticism that all that has been done to create this web site was the copying and pasting of information from our personal web pages, I want to personally issue the following statement. These documents have been specifically made to present the information that we have been researching in a readable format. However, while these documents were individual efforts, new documents will be created over the next week (by November 1st) which will mold together the information of the different members of our group into a form more useful to the creation of our final project. In particular, by November 1st we will be issuing a document decisively characterizing the land of our Amazon rainforest and, hopefully, a document outlining the major issues affecting Amazonian land. These documents will be unique and independent of the publications on our personal web pages.

Au revoir....

The following elements have been added/updated on this web site:

I just want to remind everyone that we are planning to abide by the decision to have all of our characterization data of the land of the Amazon Rainforest on this web site by next Friday, November 1st.   I urge you to work diligently towards the completion of this goal so will be able to retain the slightest sliver of our sanity come Thanksgiving.

Bon soir....

Well, it's been a long wait, but here's the next installment of the Land Group Mission 2006 Home Page. I have made some "minor" updates to the web site, including removing inactive members, adding pictures to our active members and updating the research topics we are currently concentrating on.

Note: Future updates in planning include:
  • Brief overviews of the current research of our members.
  • A "Member" web page, outlining deadlines meeting schedules, etc.
Until next time....
