Does data already exist? 4D graphs: multiple explosions, but minimizes wells needed no road built? path not the same as road!  we will build pipeline? relatively short amount of time to bring in platform materials, less than one winter will try to reuse exhaust, but not during construction will helicopter work in winter? how do you respond to emergency?
