Questions/ comments that need to be answered about Team e's proposal:

• Seismic exploration necessary? Does data already exist?

• 4D graphs: multiple explosions, but minimizes wells needed

• no road built? path not the same as road!  we will build pipeline?

• relatively short amount of time to bring in platform materials, less than one winter

• will try to reuse exhaust, but not during construction

• will helicopter work in winter?

• how do you respond to emergency?
