Home Mission 2007 Team Information Research Topics Sources Progress Journal	Kat's Mission 2007 Webpage  Group 9:  Political Ramifications Team 9 has compiled their initial research and it is available on the team web site (link through Team Information).  My research updates went up last weekend and include my current analysis of the political ramifications of a decision to drill or not to drill on a local/state level.   Mission 2007 or Mission is the name of 12.000 here at MIT.  The topic of discussion and research is the most environmental friendly way to drill for oil in Section 1002 of ANWR.  After completing this research the class will decide, through a cost benefit analysis, if the environmental impact is worth drilling for oil in 1002.
