            Finally got this webpage up, what a mission (no pun intended).  

            So far Team 4 and I have been trying to figure out the basic steps towards evaluating anything:  thinking about what variables to consider, and the cause and effect relationships that can/might effect those variables.  Right now we're researching the ways other people have evaluated environmental impact in other regions of the world and trying to get a basic idea so we can start developing our own criteria relevant to ANWR.  

I definitely have more to say and there's a lot more to come but bear with me, this is the first website I've ever done, and I am the most un-techy person out there.
