About the Author:
Sina Salehi Omran is currently a freshman at MIT. He enrolled in 12.000 as he had visited New Orleans a year before Hurricane Katrina and he may now be able to somehow impact policies in New Orleans. He is very excited about this project and looks forward to once again visiting the Crescent City.
