Lisa Song is
a former EAPS student (class of '08) and a graduate student in MIT's Science
Writing Program. She finds it rather amusing that the Mission 2012 problem
is the same topic as her Master's thesis. For inspiration, Lisa visits
despair.com. She is also a fan of cats.

| Seth Burgess was born and raised in northern California and relocated in 2007 to begin graduate work at MIT. His prior education includes a Bachelors degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and a M.S. in geology from San Jose State University. At MIT, Seth works with Dr. Sam Bowring in the EAPS geochronology lab.

Adam Bockelie is
from Salt Lake City and grew up skiing, hiking, and rafting. He spent eight years
ski racing for the Snowbird Ski Team, and joined the MIT ski team and freshman
crew team for my freshman year. He's a Civil Engineering major with a different
minor each week. |

Emily Davidson
is a junior and is an alum of "Mission 2010 - New Orleans". Last spring
she was the UTF for Terrascope Radio, but this is her first time as a UTF for
Mission. Besides helping people save the world, she likes to hike, bicycle, work
at the music library, and play with ridiculously energetic kittens.

Samantha (Sam) Fox was
born and raised in Northern Michigan. She is a junior majoring in environmental
engineering and minoring in policy. Sam is currently involved
in Panhel, Biodiesel@MIT, and CEESA(Civil and Environmental Engineering Student
Association). |

Tracey
Hayse
is from Lexington, Kentucky! She is currently a Sophomore
majoring in Course 1E, Environmental Engineering. Tracey took the spring
Terrascope Radio class last semester and looks forward to continuing to work
with radio through the new Terrascope Youth Radio program.

Sameer Hirji is
from dar-es-salaam ,
Tanzania...Currently doing course 15 and also course 20. Have been
doing terrascope for one year and absolutely loved it.

Alexandra
Jordan
is double majoring in courses 12 and 17, with an interest in attending law school and working in federal or international government. She is a sister of a sorority on campus, in an a cappella group, involved in the geology club, and she UROP's in an experimental petrology lab in course 12.

Emily Moberg is a sophomore in Environmental Engineering. She is involved with the MIT Musical Theatre Guild and played with the club Ultimate Frisbee team last year. She loves ballet, fish, and chocolate-chip-cookie-dough ice-cream.

Claire
Nauman
is a pre-med course 7 major. She is from the beautiful state of Oregon
and enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and canoeing. Besides biology,
her other interests include politics and Victorian literature. She was a
member of Mission 2011: Save the Oceans. |

Alison Piasecki is
a senior in course 12. She enjoys traveling, bicycling, and doing things outdoors. She has been involved with Mission since 2005, and this is her second year as a UTF.

Allison
St. Vincent
is a senior in environmental engineering with a focus on environmental chemistry. Her Terrascope class studied tsunamis and she was a UTF for Mission 2011: Save the Oceans. Allison is active in CEESA (Civil and Environmental Engineering Student Association) and recently was a mentor in the Discover CEE freshman preorientation program.
