Your TA:

Annie Bauer is third-year graduate student in Course 12. She loves isotope geochemistry, which she uses to study earth’s oldest rocks and the early earth atmosphere. Other than geology, Annie loves dogs, soccer, modern poetry and chocolate.

Your UTFs:

In a perfect storm of caffeine and bubbles, Linda Seymour (and her love of bridges) was born. While she's not UTFing for Mission, she can be found jumping rope in the Next House Courtyard or being her usual scatterbrained self with her Nextie Family.

Holly Josephs is a sophomore from New York majoring in environmental engineering and urban planning. She loves planning adventures and going on them, too. While she will not be an official UTF, she will be in the Terrascope room a lot and available for helping out as much as possible.

Patience Stevens is a sophomore from Fort Myers, Florida, currently majoring Brain and Cognitive Sciences Department. Outside of classes, she choreographs tap dances for the MIT Dance Troupe and is a member of Alpha Chi Omega

Lealia L. Xiong is a sophomore in course 8 (physics). She is from Connecticut and New Hampshire. After MIT, she'd like to go to medical school to learn how to be super cool and save lives. Outside of class, she is on the MIT Lion Dance team and the logistics commitee for MIT Techfair.

Jaya Narain is a sophomore from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. She is currently studying mechanical engineering and is particularly interested in its applications to biology. When she is not UTFing, she likes to spend her time working on projects for Engineers Without Borders, the marine robotics team, and various other endeavors.

Dirk Stahlecker is a course 6 sophomore from Idaho. He took all three Terrascope courses last year and thinks that Terrascope has to be the most awesome program at MIT. You can find him hanging out in the Terrascope room at all hours of the day. He really enjoys watching NASCAR, playing board games, and mountain biking down steep hills in his free time.

Laura Standley is a sophomore in course 2 (Mechanical Engineering) from Woburn, MA. She enjoys outdoorsy activities, traveling, and basically anything art related.    Ana Vazquez is currently a junior in the department of aeronautics and astronautics. She plays trumpet for the wind ensemble.

Judy Pu is from Queens, New York and is a sophomore in Course 12. She is currently interested in studying geology and is UROPing in Professor Bowring's lab.

Anna Walsh is a sophomore in course 16 (Aeronautics and Astronautics), very excited to spend this fall semester with Terrascope, Unified (rockets and planes), the UAV team (planes), and Model UN. Mission 2016 continues to make her proud, and she knows Mission 2017 will accomplish the same.

Sabina Maddila is a junior from northern Illinois. She is majoring in Course VI, or Electrical Engineering & Computer Science, and is involved with Model United Nations and MIT's Campus radio station, WMBR.   Rin Yunis is a sophomore majoring in 2a/9. She loved Terrascope so much that now she can't leave.

Jessica Fujimori is a senior majoring in Earth, Atmospheric & Planetary Sciences (12) and Science Writing (21W). She loves rocks, writing, languages, and Terrascope.   Heather Sweeney is a sophomore majoring in course 6-7 (Computational Biology). She is from New Jersey, although during the semester she lives in Next House. Outside of class she runs for the MIT cross-country and track teams.

Julia Longmate is a sophomore hailing from Altadena, CA, majoring in either 6-7 or 10B (as yet undetermined). When not working/sleeping in the Terrascope room or engaging in Dramashop activities, she can be found on Conner 2 watching BBC shows and posting photos of her Newfoundland dog, Gilly.
