Description of Observational Subjects' ``Photo Album'' (film and CCD)

We've assembled this collection of photographs and images as samples of the best imaging successes of our students and ourselves using class equipment and techniques, under observing conditions representative of those we encounter in class (on campus and at MIT's Wallace Astrophysical Observatory teaching facility). In fact, several of these pictures were made during class sessions!

The only patently atypical resource that appears here is the color slide film used for some of the photographs; we normally stick to black-and-white print film in class so that we can easily develop and print our photos ourselves. The color slides included here recorded exceptional events (eclipses and a bright comet) which warranted a little splurge for some color slide film and processing!

Our collection includes both scanned-in photographic prints and CCD images.
