Homework Assignments:

1. There will be 8 homework problem sets.

2. Homework assignments handed in on time will be corrected and graded using a P+, P-, P , P-- system. Solution sets will be handed out when assignments are returned. Late homework will not be corrected, but will be assigned the grade of L to acknowledge their submission.

The P+, P, P-, P-- grading system:

P+ Student "got it!".

P Student understands material reasonable well.

P- Student is having some trouble with fundamentals of the material.

P-- Homework shows little effort.

0 Missing Homework.

L Late Homework.

 

Quizzes:

All quizzes will be closed book. However, students may have unlimited handwritten notes.
