The EXPERIENCE

You walk into a room that's slightly dark, and you see (n-1, where n is the number of players) lightning bolts and tridents lit up on the wall. It's not immediately clear yet what you have to do, since there's a wall blocking the view of the next part of the game. Once the players realize that each person has to hold down one of the lit up buttons, a loud sound of an ocean storm with tossing waves and roaring thunder fills the room. The second part of the room lights up, and you see tentacles waving at you and a slingshot.

In this game. Zeus and Poseidon have gotten into a little bit of a tiff. You are going to be on the side of Zeus and need to collect his lightning for him by touching the right buttons as they they light up, and avoiding the blue ones that give power to Poseidon! These buttons will change colors every 5 seconds, so you have to act and think fast!

The more correct buttons pressed, the more "Lightning Balls" you will have to launch at the Kraken in the back of the room using the sling. Hitting the Kraken scores you points, and at the end of 3 minutes you will get a star ranking based on how well you did. Because the score board is constantly adding points for Poseidon, you can never get 100% and are alwasy losing points. You need to act fast on the buttons and be accurate at the range up until the very end to ace this one (3 stars), or you will be back for more!

The LAYOUT

The room is laid out such that when you walk into the room, it's not immediately clear that there is a shooting gallery in the back. We want the guest to be a little confused at first. The buttons (the lightning bolts and tridents) will adorn the walls of the first half of the room so that the guests will have to spread out and work as a team to press the appropriate ones. We've added a separating wall in the middle to encourage more verbal communication. Only the guests in the first half of the room can see the scoreboard and they will have to communicate to the guests at the shooting gallery to continue shooting.
