Crunches

Lay on your back with your knees up in a standard situp position. Cross your arms and hold them against your chest. Slowly raise your upper torso towards your knees. Your lower back should not come of the ground. Keep your chin up as you raise your torso. Hold at the top for one second, and lower. Repeat excercise making sure your arms stay crossed, your chin up, and your lower back on the ground.
