Dumb Bell Curls

This can be done a variety of different ways. The most generic way is to stand with the dumbells to your side and curl one at a time. A variation that complements the first two exercises listed is the hammer curl. This is done in exactly the same way, but with your palms facing in to your body. Any of these esercises can also be done sitting down. Curls with dumbells are better in general for athletes because they don't isolate muscles so well and won't limit motion. Baseball players and especially pitchers are not encouraged to do curls.
