Fly Machine

Adjust the fly machine so that when you sit down and grip the bars your arms are extended at your sides, parralled to the ground and your elbows are in line with and at the same level as your shoulders. Swing your arms around to the front of your body in a controled fashion untill they touch, keeping your elbows and wrists locked. Slowly return your arms to the beginning position. This is one repetition.
