Sean picks up the trap with a huge smile smeared all over his face.
Rachael leans over his shoulder to take a look at the innocent little mouse. The mouse is  frantically moving  its disabled legs back and forth, its paws tightly glued to the sheet. It stops its futile attempt at escape to look up at Racheal with big shiny black eyes.
"Oh, it's so cute!" she says.
"That's horrible. Sean, you're awful . Now what are you gonna do with it?" She eyes him suspiciously..
"Hmm. I haven't decided yet. I'm sure I can come up with something interesting."
Just then  Joey walks in.
"Ah I see we have a little specimen already. Fine young fellow." He says with mock importance.
Rachael iss too busy glaring at Sean to notice.
"Oh Rachael, just give up. It's half dead already." Sean tries to reason with her.
"Can't we just let it go or something?"
"Hello! Earth to Rache. Darling, the feet are permanently glued here. I don't think an amputated mouse will last long in the wild." Joey interjected.
She looked at him for a second. He could hear the little engines puff puffing away in her mind.
"Well, um, I might have an idea.." she said.
