I step on the gas as I enter onto Route 93 North. My parents' Lexus purrs while the speedometer needle passes the 70 mark at the top of the dial and begins to push its way down the other side. Traffic is light, but as usual Boston drivers are swerving from lane to lane.

I reach over to the cup-holder with my right hand to grab my Coke. I spin the wheel with my left hand to avoid a turning truck. "Splash." I just knocked the cup out of the cup-holder and all over the passenger seat. "shit, the parents aren't going to be happy about this one." I pull off at the next exit to find a store. I stop at a light. I see a 7-11 up at the next block and heads towards it.

I pull into the 7-11 parking lot, planning to buy some paper towels and another drink. After jumping out of the car and slamming the door, I hit the button on the car remote. "beep beep" the alarm for the car activates. I walk into the store. As I begin to scan for the aisle with the paper products, the girl at the cash register catches my eye.

I walk up to her and say hi. She smiles at me, and we strike up a conversation. Her name is Gaby. She is cute, and the adrenaline is pumping. Since we hit it off, the two of us decide to go have a picnic in the woods.

We are lying in each other's arms with sunlight streaming into the clearing. "RUF RUF RRRRUUUFFF RUFRUFRUF"

Gaby disappears as my eyes open and take in my darkened room. Damn dog.
