Power Supply Tests
1 Voltage across C420 is between 3.0 and 3.6 volts  
2 Voltage across C423 is between 1.4 and 1.6 volts  
3 J19, pin 1 to pin 3 measures between 3.0 and 3.6 volts  
4 J19, pin 2 to pin 3 measures between 4.5 and 5.5 volts  
5 J19, pin 4 to pin 3 measures between 11 and 13 volts  
6 J19, pin 5 to pin 3 measures between -13 and -11 volts  
7 Power supply status LEDs D14, D15, D16, D18, and D19 light when power is applied to board  
Compact Flash Interface Tests
8 D10 blinks when no compact flash card is present.  
9 Reset switch (S20) and reset LED (D20) work.  
10 FPGA configuration can be loaded from a compact flash card (D2-D9 blink, D10 and D11 illuminate).  
General I/O Tests
11 Alphanumeric displays (DISP1 and DISP2) work  
12 Loopback test of user I/O (J10 through J13), daughtercard (J14 through J15) and logic analyzer (J24 through J27) connectors passes.  
13 Clock 1 (Y2) socket works  
14 Clock 2 (Y3) socket works  
15 Slide switches (S10 through S17) all work  
16 Pushbuttons (S1 through S9) all work
