to Plasma Physics and Controlled Fusion” by F. Chen, “Statistical Plasma
Physics” by S. Ichimaru and “Transport Properties in Plasmas” by R. Balescu (a
master of the field) are far more technical than this presentation, but also
far mote thorough!
