Call for Abstracts – deadline extended to October 31, 2017

Click on the “Submit Abstracts Online” link below, and a new window tab will open with the Catalyst login page (which is the connection to our online collection).  Create a Catalyst login name and password, and then you will enter our online collection for your abstract submission.

There will be a two Poster Sessions (PS#1 and PS#2) during the meeting and researchers are invited to present their latest findings in this forum. Online Abstracts are due by October 31, 2017.

Abstracts are limited to a ½ page format as a brief overview of your paper.  All those accepted into the Poster Session would print and bring a poster describing the work cited in the abstract.

Acceptance into the Poster Session also provides the opportunity for being selected to give a 5-minute evening presentation at the conference (followed by 5 minutes of questions & answers), which will be announced at the conference. If you would like to be considered for an oral presentation, please come prepared with a 5-minute presentation on CD or jump drive so it can loaded onto the conference laptop, or bring your own laptop.  Oral presentation selection is decided and announced at the conference.

The poster boards are 4 feet (high/vertical) by 8 feet (long/horizontal) (1.22 m x 2.44m), and you will be using one side of a double-sided board. Your poster must fit within this size board and may be one large poster or several smaller posters, providing that it does not exceed these dimensions.
