The Inns and Spa at Mill Falls in Meredith, NH is the location for the conference, housing, and meals. The Inn is on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee in the beautiful Lakes Region of New Hampshire. The location features quick access to the water and mountains, in addition to a full service spa on site. Travel
Meredith, NH is approximately two and a half hours north of Boston by car or bus, and one hour north of Manchester, NH. Regular bus services offered by Concord Coach Lines between Logan International Airport in Boston and Meredith are available on a daily basis. Two charter buses will be arranged to depart from Logan International Airport in Boston to the conference site in New Hampshire on Saturday, May 9, 2009, one at 3 PM and the other at 6:15 PM. Those who wish to leave Logan airport between these two times can take the bus service offered by Concord Coach Lines at 4:35 PM. The return trips from the conference site back to Logan airport will leave the conference site after the last session at 12:30 PM and at 2 PM on the last day of the conference. The cost for this service is $50 roundtrip. To pay for this service, please log in to your registration account and add the bus service as an option. Payment on arrival, refunds, or payment for one-way travel will not be accepted. TRVS Charter Bus Departures
Departure times for the TRVS chartered bus from Boston are 3:00 and 6:15 pm on the opening day of the conference (Saturday, May 9). The travel time to the conference site is approximately 2 hours. The departure site for the chartered bus is the Embassy Suites Boston Hotel at Logan Airport (207 Porter Street, Boston, MA). The Maverick Room on the first floor has been reserved at the Embassy Suites on Saturday from 9:00 am – 6:30 pm. Conference attendees are free to relax in this room while waiting to be picked up by the TRVS bus. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle bus from the Logan Airport terminals. Attendees should call the Embassy Suites (617-567-5000) to let them know that they are waiting for the shuttle. There are courtesy phones for the hotel at each baggage claim area. When making travel plans, please take into account the extra time required to reach the Embassy Suites. It can take upwards of 30 minutes to reach the hotel once you have obtained your luggage. We recommend being at the hotel at least 30 minutes before the scheduled bus departure time. If your flight arrival time is close to the 6:15 pm departure, please contact us with details immediately. While in transit, if any unforeseen travel delays prevent you from reaching the Embassy Suites Hotel before the second bus departure time, please contact Sean Roberts at (617) 223-1552. |
