walker memorial basement radio (wmbr)
is located in (duh) the basement of building
50 (sometimes called "walker"), at mit in the city of
cambridge,
massachusetts, us-of-a.
as the name might suggest, darkdark*radio
is a radio show on said station, currently in its 4th season. this is
the current WMBR program guide blurb
for darkdark*radio:
darkdark indie(tronic), poseur g0th, post-rock-dark, dark ambient dark, darkdark dorque, darkdark moose! *thump* ...moose?? moosey?? the painkillers are wearing off, can i sleep now?
that's all nice and oblique, but what the hell does it *mean*? well, i dunno. i start each show with the first track off some album, and i end the show with the last track off the same album. in between the two, i wander and ramble and screw up.
