This test is a fairly simple contest. Each octopus may vote for one other octopus (not himself). The octopus with the most votes will win. Votes may be changed at any time but tallies will be updated at the convenience of the judges. Any octopus without a recorded vote will be assumed to be voting for Vizier Tentaculus.
