Messie to talk : Repeat your complaint You chose:
Repeat, in a louder voice, that it is indeed a problem and that if Messie
doesn't change, it may become serious, as everyone is bothered by it.
Messie raises her voice too and
says, “So you’ve been sneaking behind my back and talking
about me. Now you’re threatening me.” Realizing that
this conversation isn’t going the way you want, you quiet
your voice and say, “I’m sorry. I didn’t mean
to make it sound like a threat. I do want to work this out. I need
for you to acknowledge that others and I have concerns about your
things in the kitchen. Messie, too, speaks more calmly and agrees
to discuss it. (End of Scenario)
